November 2009 – Generational Equity, an advisor to privately-held and family-owned businesses for exit planning, business valuation, and mergers and acquisition services, has announced the acquisition of Heat Pipe Technology Inc. based in Gainesville, Florida to MiTek, Inc. a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
