Generational Equity, an advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client Ram Industries, Inc., a Houston-based custom window manufacturer and distributor, to a private investor. The deal was financed by UPS Capital. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
