Generational Equity Announces Sale of Essex Internet Services to T6 Wireless Inc.

Generational Equity, an advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client Essex Internet Services, an Internet and telephone service provider, based in Sterling, Ill., to T6 Wireless, Inc., a Belvidere, Ill.-based wireless and dial-up Internet provider. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, T6 will obtain four separate business entities including Essex Computers, Inc., Essex Telcom, Inc., Essex Teliplex and Internet Services of Northern Illinois, Inc.
