Generational Equity, an advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client, Breaker Electric Ltd., an electrical contracting firm based in Calgary, Alberta, to Robertson Bright Inc., an electrical contracting firm in Mississauga, Ontario. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
