Generational Equity, an advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client European Design, a manufacturer of dental equipment and furniture, based in Glasgow, Ky., to Midmark Corporation, a Versaillies, Ohio-based provider of examination and treatment equipment for medical, dental and veterinary markets. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
