Generational Equity, a Dallas-based advisor to privately held, middle-market clients for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic growth, announced the sale of its client SecureTech Systems, Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas, to Old Git Holdings, LLC, a private investment group. SecureTech Systems designs, manufactures, and installs wireless emergency response systems used by government, schools and universities. The terms of the deal are undisclosed.
