The award was received in the category for Retail Manufacturing/Distribution ($500 million or less). The 2010 M&A Awards honored deal-teams, deal-makers, and firms whose activities set the standard for the industry. An independent body of expert judges that span the M&A industry determined the ultimate recipients of the award.
