Nivisys Industries LLC’s warehouse 3 miles east of downtown Tempe is pretty nondescript from the outside.
But inside, workers ship sophisticated high-tech defense and security equipment, including night-vision goggles and firearm lasers, to police departments, emergency-response teams and military forces around the globe.
Most recently, Nivisys designed a line of special night-vision goggles that are the first to be authorized under a rigorous federal standard for civil-aircraft operators.

Generational Equity, an advisor to privately-held and family-owned businesses for exit planning, business valuation, and mergers-and-acquisition services, sold Nivisys LLC to Realitivity Capital. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
