80 percent of middle market business owners in the U.S. are currently considering selling their business, and over 75 percent anticipate selling within the next three years, according to a survey released today by leading middle market investment bank Generational Equity and the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management. 57 percent of those surveyed identified age as the primary factor motivating them to contemplate selling.
