Generational Equity, an advisor to closely held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client South Texas Cellular Inc., a Houston-based cellular tower maintenance company, to Capstar Wireless Services, Inc., a provider of cellular tower design and construction headquartered in San Marcos, Texas. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
